Tried to return a returnable item and was turned away by a salesperson who could not figure out a technical issue and made no effort to ask for help; she sent us to a different store so it would be someone else's problem Second salesperson said item was not returnable and after some back and forth about getting a store credit instead, angrily and reluctantly gave me a gift card--and stopped speaking to me. Wrote to customer service to complain and try to exchange gift card for a refund, and they said there was nothing they could do on any counts. Nobody cares about anything at this place.
I placed an order and their system changed the name of the item once in my cart, but I didn't not notice until the order confirmation email. Was told that there was nothing that could be done, not even reimbursement of shipping for their mistake since I will have to return the item. Customer service did not care in the least, wasn't even concerned their system was messed up. Told me no supervisor was available to speak to and did not know when they would be. Could not be an less helpful at remedying the situation.
I enjoyed my shopping experience here very much. The products were beautiful and exactly as shown, maybe better! There was one necklace that was damaged and they asked me to return it. When I explained that I live in Canada and it would cost more to ship than the item was worth, they quickly and cheerfully credited my card. Now that's how to get a return customer. I ordered a pair of earrings and realized that the description was wrong. When I emailed customer service about it, no one got back to me, but they shipped my order anyway. Another time, their site said buy one get one free, but when I added my stuff to the cart (items said buy one get one free at the top) the discount was not applied. They really need to get their act together.
They were horrible with piercings ears. My ears never have promblems when I'm at Clair's but icing they had a bump day 2 and closed up after a month of waiting. My ears are now having a blood clot and I've been cleaning them and it was the worst experience of my life.
Terrible customer service. I wanted to ADD items to my order but they wouldn't let me. The check out system was unclear and they do not give a subtotal before check out. Phone reps were rude and not helpful to clear up the order. "I will take down your name and have someone respond within 72 hours... haha". What a joke.
I ordered some things online a few days ago and when they finally arrived everything was correct except one thing. Some rings I ordered weren't there and the ring I got instead was very ugly and nothing even close to the rings I thought I placed my order on. So when i went back to the website and searched up the number of the ring i got the rings i wanted showed up. So when i clicked on them i looked at the description and it described the ring I had got in the package and thats when i realized either they had there description wrong or they put the completely wrong picture for this ring. So i suggest that you carefully look at everything before you place your order or else this might happen you. And trust me i know from experience its very frustrating.
I ordered on 6/11/2020 some head piece for my bridesmaids. I did not get the item until over a month later which their estimates time of delivery said 1 week.
My first time ordering from this star has been a nightmare I paid for shipping and 5 days past the due date I'm still waiting for my package. No one has any idea where my package is because they ship with UPS then hand it over to USPS postal which is a huge mistake bc they loses it during the transaction. I will NEVER order anything from their website ever again!
I had to get my ears repierced and with two weeks my ears were infected and the so called $6o plus stainless earring they sold me turned green and my ear became bloody and infected.
I went back to the store and they saw my ear and earrings and refused to do anything.
